Originally from Kenya in Africa (Korean descent), I am an independent fitness professional based in Los Angeles, California providing one on one sessions both in person and online, as well as small group training. Due to the circumstances of COVID-19, I have been providing mostly virtual services and selectively at homes. I recently worked with LinkedIn Sunnyvale, Equinox Palo Alto, and Equinox Downtown LA. I work with a variety of clients of all ages, all backgrounds who look to improve their health, performance, lose fat, or gain muscle. I specialize in combining personal attributes with a science based approach to training and nutrition and being a natural bodybuilder/bikini competitor. I have achieved particular success coaching different individuals everyday and would like to do the same for you.
I focus on providing each client with a tailored approach to their fitness goals. Whether the goal is to recomposition or is sport-specific, I create a fitness plan based on not just your fitness goal but your fitness level, exercise/medical history, lifestyle, nutritional habits, as well as your hobbies, strengths, and what you enjoy most. I don't aim on perfection or overnight transformation but, for gradual sustainable change that will lead to a rich lifestyle you deserve. Daily, weekly, or monthly successes will be celebrated and will help you stay motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

Min is amazing! I had zero experience with working out when I started and she helped me gain confidence and motivation while getting in shape and lowering my stress levels. I have scoliosis and Min was patient and creative in developing a custom workout that didn't aggravate my condition and actually improved my back pain.

Min is an amazing trainer! Before I started with Min, I had no real experience working out, but she taught me that working out can be fun and even addictive! Her positive energy is contagious and she motivated me even on days when working out was the last thing I want to do. With Min's help, I was able to see amazing results which made the process all the more addicting. I always struggled to motivate before beginning training with her but she helped me gain confidence in the gym and gave me the tools I needed to continue my fitness journey.
