I will not only guide you through the workout, but will also add a warm-up section, a cool-down section, as well as a fun addition that you can continue practicing on your own!
A 30 minute consultation with me via zoom where I will be helping you write up your fitness action plan. Your plan will be focused on smaller goals that are most realistic/actionable/doable for you that will ultimately get you to where you want to be. Together, we will explore your fitness goals, your lifestyle, and the steps towards reaching your ultimate goal. This will keep you motivated and will allow you to hold yourself accountable.
Based on your current diet, what you are currently typically eating, and your fitness goals/activity levels, I will analyze your intake and make few recommendations/swaps on how you can improve your current nutrition.
*Note: I am not giving you a meal plan. I am only adjusting what you are already eating. That way, it is most realistic to you.
Everybody's squat is not going to look the same. Most require corrective strategies that is specific to them.
